How it works:
The permanent employer sponsored visa options are available for skilled workers with a permanent offer of employment in Australia. This typically transitions from the employer who sponsored the individual on their Subclass 482 Visa.
Visa options for sponsorship include:
- Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Visa Subclass 186 - Direct Entry (DE), Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) and Labour Agreement streams
